Reverting to wordpress hosting

I’ve had myriad issues with Bluehost, including multiple duplicate charges that they refused to undo, so I have cancelled their services. Now, I can’t even log into my site to change it back to a wordpress hosted site or do anything with it. Please help!

This is not something we’re able to help with.
Your site, including all its content, was hosted on Bluehost’s servers, and we don’t have any access to it there.
When you cancelled your hosting account with them, they deleted that content from their servers, so it’s no longer possible to access it.
You’ll need to contact Bluehost support directly to ask that they either reactivate your hosting and restore your site so you can export your content, or else you can ask them for a full backup of your site that you can upload to a new WordPress installation at another host (full site backups like that cannot be uploaded to a WordPress.com site.)
If Bluehost has already deleted all backups they had of your site as well, your site is gone, and you’ll have to start over from scratch.
