Review comments disappearing after manual approval

Hi, I’ve got a big problem. When someone wants to add a review of my product, I get the message with the content of the review on WordPress but after accepting the review, the content disappers and instead you see only “review for…name of the product” and the stars that’s it! I lost already a few of the reviews because after accepting then they just disappeared.
Please help!

It sounds like you are needing help with the WooCommerce plugin, but have landed on the support forum for WordPress.com sites instead.

Is it still linked to woocomerce if it is just a review/comments section on a page? I haven’t installed any specific review plugins etc….only woocommerce itself….
Older reviews are still showing, just having this problem recently….and as the comments are disappearing from the back end/admin area too I can’t even manually add the review back unless it has been saved somewhere unknown to me and I can recover it….

WooCommerce product reviews on the single product page aren’t the same thing as WordPress comments on regular posts/pages, but is something added into WordPress by WooCommerce. So if those aren’t working correctly, it is a WooCommerce issue, yes :)
