Sending draft for comment but the featured image (either stock or provided by me) covers much of text making it un readable. Tried various ways to work around but to no avail.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, I took a look at the drafts currently in your queue. I previewed them all and don’t see any overlap.

If you found a solution to your problem, great. If not, could you send me a link to the problematic drafts?

Also, if possible, send me a screenshot, so I can better understand the issue. You can simply upload the screenshot to your Media Library, like any other image, and I’ll be able to access it from there. Then notify me here when I can take a look.

Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks very much.

Thanks for you input. Strange, but the problem only arises when I use the link in the email requesting the review. When I publish the page or post and go to it directly using the url, it displays properly. So the problem only appears when trying to get comments. I’m using Safari on a Mac running os x 10.9.2.

We can look into this…but I want to confirm that while it’s an irritation we’ll want to fix, it is not impeding the functionality or the appearance of your live site. Is that the case?

Have you taken a look with other browsers, such as Chrome or Firefox?

    Thanks much!

The problem does affect functionality because I can’t review it using my desktop with my preferred software configuration. I have Firefox but don’t use it because it was hacked and is now a security risk on my machine. So, the only way for me to check it out is to publish it and see what it looks like. Once its published, its live for the world to see, warts and all, thus, functionality is effected.

    Hi Tony,

    Thanks for this additional information.

Could you send me a screenshot of all the troubles you’re having? The more I can see the errors occurring during your post creation process, the better I can get to the bottom of the issue.

You can simply upload the screenshot to your Media Library, like any other image, and I’ll be able to access it from there. Please drop me a line when there are images for me to study, and I will take a look asap.

Also, I understand why you wouldn’t want to deal with Firefox. Does the same thing occur in Chrome? It helps us to know the error’s behavior in all browsers. Especially as I am not seeing the same thing you are.

Last few questions: What size monitor are you using? If you change the size of your browser window, does it change the appearance of your images? In your Mac’s System Preferences, under Display, what is your Resolution? Is it set for ‘best display’?

Thanks again. We’ll get this solved as quickly as possible.
