  What does it mean when I receive an email saying that it is waiting for me to approve a review on my site? How do I do that?

  Of what site are you speaking? Your account owns only one site, https://refurbishedsoulcom.wordpress.com/, and that site is private, meaning only you can see it, and it currently only contains the demo content it was created with.

  What is the exact subject line of the email you received, and what is the FROM address it came from?
