When I post my blog address: pitzersart.wordpress.com my oldest blog comes us on top and the oldest below. Other Bloggers have told me their newest blog comes up first with the older ones following. I can not find how to change this so folks don’t have to scroll through all the old blogs to get to the new ones – – but still the “see older blogs” button at the bottom in the event they do want to see older posts! HELP?!

If your posts are not appearing in reverse chronological order you may have failed to set your date and timezone up properly.
If that does not rectify the post order then check post visibility on each post and see many sticky posts have you created http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-visibility/#sticky-posts
re: timezone reset
You can reset your date and timezone on your blog to reflect the timezone you actually live in. The default timezone is UTC time. You can reset your timezone here > Settings > General
Select the closest city to you in the same timezone you live in in the drop-down menu you see there and then click “save changes”.I know you are not scheduling a post but I want you to look at the images here so you know here the edit link is to change the datestamp and timestamp. http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/schedule-a-post/
Then to edit the Post go to > Dashboard > Posts > All Posts and hover over the post title then click “edit”.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/NOTE: Using the Bulk Actions drop-down menu at the top of the Edit Posts list, you can bulk edit several posts at a time.

Lastly, click “update”. http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/
