  It would be awesome if there was a way for customers to rate their experience and write a review for everyone to see. Is that possible?

  The simplest way would be to set up a “Reviews” page and ask people to leave a comment with their review.

  If you want to display ratings then you can either use the Polldaddy shortcode or perhaps even set up some simple survey questions with a poll.
