  Is there a way to maintain a Review blog, without having copyright problems? How can one use pictures, videos, or anything relevant without getting into trouble?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The ToS section on copyright is clear. If you do not have the permission of the copyright holder for the use of the image you are posting into a free hosted wordpress.com blog then you are in violation of copyright and in breach of the ToS and your blog can be deleted — no backup is provided.

  Also note that wordpress.com is for original blogging. Duplicate content blogs are not welcomed here. Moreover, creating duplicate content is not a wise thing to do as Google spider bots do recognize it and the result can be a negative one on both of the sites.   Edit: “for the use of the image” ought to have read for “the use of the image, text, audio, video or any and all digital works” …

  I know all this. The question was about how can you maintain a review blog WITHOUT breaching the ToS.
