Reviews on my first Blog post

    Hallo, I would like to know if my blog post is good enough. Can an editor look at it?

    Hi there,

    Not an editor but the post looks great! Keep up the good work! I do have a small suggestion for you.

    The “big five” game animals image is attached from the Wikimedia website.

    • This is considered hotlinking. Not a really bad thing but it’s not encouraged as we’re using Wikimedia’s server resources to load the image on our site.
    • Probably due to hotlinking, this image is loading very slow when I’m accessing it. The overall page loading speed will affect your SEO ranking.

    So, I would suggest that you download the image from Wikimedia and upload it to your Media Library on WordPress.com. Make sure you include the credit of the image on your post!
