Revised name for new domain Looking to use premier site £84 per year

    My colleague and I were setting up a new domain name and it was spelt wrongly. Can it be changed from exporetoinspirewordpress.com to new domain name exploretoinspire.org. We are sharing the site and wondered if a separate email is attached for us to the domain name. Hope that makes sense. Thanks Graham

    Domains cannot be “changed”. Domains can be purchased and registered, cancelled, or transferred.

    In this case, it sounds like you wish to

    1. Purchase and register a new domain: exploretoinspire.org

    2. And then cancel the domain: exporetoinspirewordpress.com

    As @staartmees mentioned above, in order to use the new domain for a site you create here, you will need at least a Personal plan on that site.

    I’m not sure what you mean there.

    When registering a domain for a site, I recommend using the same email for the domain ownership as is on the WordPress.com account ownership.
