Revision *not* saved

    I extensively revised a post, saved it, but when I reopened it the revision wasn’t saved at all. I can see the revised post at ‘My revisions’, but the button “Use this revision” isn’t lit and can’t be clicked. So I see my new post, but am not allowed to save it. What to do?
