Revival Fire for Kids Domain Name

  My site, Revival Fire for Kids, has been renewed for the Premium Plan. However my domain name which has been mapped from another site is listed as expired. When I tried to map it again, WordPress would not let me. It said it was already connected and asked if I want to transfer it. I don’t. Please help.

  Hi –

  I think the confusion here is that you have more than one account. The mapping is actually associated with the tamerakraft user account.

  Are you able to get signed in to that account?

  The renewal can be processed via https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/ from the right account. In any case, I’ve extended that expiration by 10 days to give you some time to get sorted.
