  I have been using your site for about 10 years, but not for a couple of years. I would like to revive it, and redesign it more professionally, but at the moment l can’t even get into it. Can you help please

  Looks like the site in question is http://michaelsblogs.com.wordpress.com/
  I see there’s an error showing there now like: “Error: active domain connection…”

  Based on this a good next step could be for you to use the login link at https://wordpress.com/log-in
  And also make sure you try the “Lost your password?” option down on that page if you haven’t already.

  However you did also mention you can’t get into it as well.
  If the ‘lost your password link also isn’t helping you then will you write back and also provide some more details please including:
  * What have you tried so far, and, then what specific block did you see?
  * WIll you link a screenshot of whatever block you met if you can?
