Revolution Slider Cleared Content Off Slides & Now I Can't Add Text/HTML

  As the title says, I went to update my revolution slider and all the content other than the background images has been removed. Furthermore, I cannot interact with most of the buttons that would allow me to add content back in ie. “Add a New Layer”, “HTML/Text” or any of the buttons directly above ie. “Animation”, “Visibility”, and so on. For some reason I cannot interact with the slides at all other than removing them. Is anyone else experiencing this? What is going on? This is for my company’s corporate site so it is fairly important I get this fixed ASAP.

  I would say support from revolution slider can help you as they should know what’s going on.
