  The bloody footer-title a block.
  I want to make it the same grey as the .site-title a block, but I can’t.
  Yes, I know they both have a links in ’em, but I CAN change the color of the top block – just not the one at the bottom, dammit !

  That’s code that I haven’t dealt with before, that :before and :after stuff. With any luck I might even remember, for next time.
