Rich Snippet in google search-results

I resently read an article about “rich snippet” in google-search-results. Does wordpress.com sites supports that or only in some themes?
When I watch the source of my posts, my authorlink is just a link with no “rel=”author” in the code.
It would be awesome because it maximize the googleclick with 150% from posts with no snippet (iv’e read)
