Rich text Editor

When I type a post in MS-WOrd and paste the same in the Rich text editor in WP, though I use the same font as used in WP in MS-Word too, Somehow the font size is mismatching. Result of which, the post is not having a uniform font size when compared to other posts on the blog. I’m not conversant with HTML codes, Please help me how could I make sure the post font size remains the same irrespective whether it is MS-Word or WP.

Unfortunately, the problem is that you are using Word to write your posts.
Will give you some decent reasons for not using Word (or anything similar) to write your posts.
