rich text editor

  Hi..Please help,
  I am unable to get the rich text editor to show up…I have checked that the box in profile is ticked and it is.
  Also I cannot change between code and visual.

  have you cleared your cache and done a forced reload of the page? If so, send a note to support. Good luck!

  Go to dashboard, select users, then select under users your profile, make sure the “Use the visual rich editor when writing” is checked.
  Update it..I think it will work.

  I have already done that lordvoldemort…..I have cleared cache etc…

  What browser and OS are you using? Has it worked in the past for you?
