Rich Text Editor bug

  When I was trying to add a new post to my blog, I wondered when I found the rich text editor is missing. This was working fine when I last added on post 20 min ago. Please help me how I could restore the rich text editor back on to my post page

  Either your browser is caching too strongly or your ISP is.
