    Mi chiamo Carolina e lavoro in Poplab srl. il 14 febbraio 2018 noi vi abbiamo pagato 99€ per WordPress.com Premium (Receipt ID: xxx-xxx-xxxx6

    Io ho un problema: la fattura deve essere intestata a:

    I have a problem: the invoice must be in the name of:

    This upgrade is owned by another WordPress.com account, which is why you are unable to access the receipt from the account you are currently logged in to. Please log of WordPress.com, log back in as poplabdigitales and go to the Billing History page:

    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    Once there, select “View receipt” and then click on Billing History. You should then be able to customise the billing details and add another name.
