  Trying to renew website domain for ridgwaytumc.com. The dashboard would not accepte the church’s email adrress or the Pastor Peterson’s email address. How do we acept the site to pay the renewal fee.

  Domain renewal fee can be paid only by the verified website owner, so you have to login to dashboard to continue.
  As I understand you do not know the correct email address on which the website account was registered?
  In such case please follow our account recovery process at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ so we can help you regain access.

  Hi @trintyumc – We have sent an email to the email address of the owner of the domain to try to make contact. My hope is we get through that way. Check all email accounts. If that does not find its way to you or the staff, please let us know.

  
  @maksimurasov because it’s a regarding a WordPress.com customer’s difficulty renewing an upgrade, go ahead and add a modlook tag just in case please. Thank you!
