Right chevron appearing underneath Home page slider

    Noticing 4 x right chevron symbols are appearing underneath my home page slider. They should not be there and dont believe we’ve really changed anything within the site to cause this.

    Please could somebody suggest how to get rid of this as it is not cosmetically nice on the home page.
