I need help installing the right click protection plugin. I have downloaded the zip file and opened it, but I do not understand what I am supposed to do next. This is where I am getting lost….
Extract the contents of WP-Content-Copy-Protection.zip to wp-content/plugins/ folder You should get a folder called WP-Content-Copy-Protection
    Activate the Plugin in WP-Admin.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

http://jmpweddings.com/ is hosted here on WordPress.com and we cannot use plugins.

    Plugins on WordPress.com

On WordPress.com, we include the most popular plugin functionality within our sites automatically. As a result, WordPress.com users won’t find a Plugins tab in the Dashboard.
    from: http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

There is a list on that link to plugins which have been adapted for use on WordPress.com.

If you have images you want to protect from copying, then the “right click protection” is a very ineffective way to ensure that your pics are safe. Anything online can be copied, even by newbies in a very short time. I’m no hacker, but even I could do it. I haven’t published anything (maybe to my private test blog???)

Better to watermark your images. And / or publish small compressed images that your readers couldn’t print larger than a postcard. If you are really really concerned, then you should not put it online at all. If it’s online, then someone (almost anyone) can copy it.

    You are using Chateau theme:

      Quick Specs:

    • Content and one sidebar: The maximum content width is 529 pixels.
    • Content and no sidebar: The maximum content width is 791 pixels.
    • Full-width layout: The main column is 960 pixels.
    • The maximum sidebar width is 188 pixels.
    • The header image is 960 pixels wide and 262 pixels high.
    • The maximum width for images on attachment pages is 791 pixels.
    • Featured images need to be at least 960 x 260 pixels to be displayed. Smaller sizes, while uploading, will not display on the front-end.

While the images on your latest post from June are about this (larger) size:
    1,200px × 1,798px (scaled to 532px × 797px)

You could also use description or alt to make it easy for you to search for your pictures which may be posted somewhere else online. For example, add “jmp” to the image title, description or alt text. Then you’ll know when to file a DMCA: http://automattic.com/dmca/
