Right Shifting Entire Posts & Featured Image Issue

  Hello, two questions:

  1) all of my posts are right shifted when viewed on my site (there is a large, uneven left margin, much larger than the right margin)
  2) I tried uploading a feature image but it is also automatically appearing at the top of my post (I do not want it at the top of my post). How can I fix this? I do not see an option to edit this in settings, maybe it’s because of my theme?

  What you’re seeing there is an intentional design decision by the theme’s designer.
