Right to left problem?

  I wanted to post an arabic blog. However, i faced difficulties with punctuation marks they always come in the left side. I searched the web for RTL plugin but I did not reach to a fruitful solution. Can I install a certain plugin that will allow me to type in rtl direction? if not are there any alternatives?

  Have you set the interface language for your blog to Arabic here?
  Dashboard > Settings > General

  Yes, but i still get the punctuation marks problem.
