its ridiculous that it takes this long for you to respond!
i had a starter site and i was upgrading to the e commerce site but was having issues so canceled it… all plug in were suppose to be removed and set back to the old site but werent.. my starter site is gone and my site still thinks it is an e commerce site!!
i HAD TO UPGRADE AGAIN JUST TO UNISTALL THE WOOCOMMERCE PLUGIN AND CANCEL IT AFTER BUT I STILL CANT GET MY STARTER SITE BACK.. ITS GOODTO KNOW I PAID FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS TAKEN AWAY FROM ME!

As already said by Staff members they are expiriencing an overflow of support questions. Also note it’s Eastern so almost nobody is available.
Setting up a plan and a site, next cancelling that plan, next setting up another plan, … aren’t making it easy on you.
You just have to wait untill a Staff member is available as your site has to switch to another platform on wordpress.com.

@rachelwatson2008 Thanks for your patience! After reviewing your site, I noticed that you installed the following plugins when you had the Creator/Entrepreneur upgrade:
- Classic Editor
- Google Language Translator
- Layout Grid
To revert your site to the previous Starter plan, we need to switch it back to a version without these plugins. Before proceeding, I need your confirmation that you understand you’ll lose access to these plugins and any content that you created with them will not remain on your site.
If you’re okay with that, please confirm, and I’ll proceed with the changes!
