how do I get you to answer the questions I have asked you two times in the last week? I have received NO answers, although you HAVE taken $99 of my dollars for – – so far – – nothing! I WOULD get a refund IF I knew how to get your attention! But all 48 hours go sailing by with NO communication from you! You call this customer service? I call it a ripoff! Grrrrr! Where the heck ARE you? I feel like a fool

The only other request I see is from a couple weeks ago via e-mail that Jerry answered.
You can get a refund within 30 days (which would be the beginning of November) by visiting the Store->My Upgrades link in your site’s dashboard at https://lyngrae.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades
