  Is there a way to turn off exif data display on photos in galleries?

  Are you referring to https://carlyfilmandphoto.wordpress.com/?

  If you’re referring to the media gallery carousel that appears when you click on an image in the gallery, you can disable that from the Media Settings page, here:
