Robot spam

    Good morning! I am currently working on a site called test.medicinereiki.com. The client I am working for is receiving tons of spam user registration, etc. I’m not sure where it is all coming from. The contact form, the registration page or someplace else. I have added so many different spam blockers etc. that I am now confused. Could someone help me with finding out where this spam is originally coming from, so I might be able to stop it. Also, some of these users are coming in with admin privileges. How vulnerable is the site now?
    Any help at all would be appreciated.

    It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.
