Robotic email received

    I have received this email message with the subject line “Oops, did you forget this important step?”. It is confusing. I arrived at the page for applying for a subscription during my struggles with the setting up of a website. I already have a Premium subscription.

    Wordpress wrote:

    “It looks like you were this close to investing in an upgrade for your WordPress.com site, jsampsonindexercouk.wordpress.com. What a great decision you were about to make!

    “Did you forget to finish putting in your information?

    “If so, no worries. We just wanted to shoot you a quick reminder. “

    Hi there,

    I believe this message is automat(t)ically sent when you click an Upgrade button, but don’t go through the payment in the end.

    If you already have a Premium plan, you can safely disregard it.
