Robots.txt file blocking technorati from access

  I have trouble in claiming my blog in technorati.

  ” Our access is explicitly blocked by your robots.txt file” is the message displayed when I try to claim my blog ………http://3point4.wordpress.com/.

  I have already allowed external search engines to access my blog in Settings->Privacy.

  Please help me fix this.

  I would contact Support about his. Your robots.txt file looks fine to me.

  Technorati “upgraded” themselves into oblivion about 2 months ago and have been the dog’s breakfast since then. There are tens of thousands of previous users that had accounts there for years who’s records just simply disappeared and have yet to be recovered. Only 3 of my 9 clients have been recovered and all of them ended up loosing all of their ranking there and are now sitting at a ranking of 1 where they have all been over 200.

  Personal opinion: Technorati is a “FAIL” in capital letters.

  Thanks for your time and response. I have resubmitted the claim and and looks like this works. Crawl is successful and claim is under review
