Hi, I thought I had deleted my blog some time ago, but recently I found out that is still visible to the public. I’d like to delete it but I can’t access it. Can anybody help me please?

Only a logged-in admin on a site can delete it, and the account you’re using to post here is not an admin on that site.
If you don’t remember the login details for the account you used to create that site, please follow our account recovery process at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ so we can help you regain access.
If you’re unable to verify your ownership of that account, we won’t be able to give you access to it.

The account I used before was “kamio” but I can’t remember the email account associated with it, so I can’t complete the recovery process. One account I used before was (email visible only to moderators and staff), but Google doesnpt allow me to log in, saying my log in attempt is suspicious.

Since you know the username for that account you can enter it in the password reset form instead of the email address. Then you need to check all the email addresses you have access to for the password reset message. Here’s the password reset form:
