Rogue WordPress Site

So I’m not sure what the process is here, but I work for a small, rural library and someone has set up a WordPress site in our name. No one at the Library nor the City offices authorized this. Is there anything we can do to either find out who registered the site, or to gain control of the site? It is misrepresenting our library (it does include pictures and our library’s address), and contains false/incorrect information about our library (hours, logos, links, etc). Thanks for any assistance you can offer.

I had a great summer (kids camp, choir camp, modeling camp). :) I am now sad that it came to an end. :( -
