Role Administrator and ownership

Good morning, I have created the blog https://bandadelbook.wordpress.com of which am Administrator but I cannot occupy anymore in the future. How can I cancel my role of administrator and owner and to pass them both in the name of the second administrator?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi @mlalbizzati!
Since the person you’d like to hand ownership over to is already an Administrator on your blog you just need to follow the steps for transferring a site to another WordPress.com account. There is a detailed walkthrough here:

Don’t forget that last step, the transfer won’t be complete until you click the link. When the administrator has taken ownership of the blog they can then remove you as Administrator if you like.
