Rollback plugins
-
Hi there ! I use a ‘Sonaar’ Theme with ‘elementor’ plugin. My website was running perfectly since yesterday, when i updated a plugin ‘Elementor Sonaar Addons’. Now it appears ‘There has been a critical error on your website’. If i deactivate it my essential grids stop. I can’t roll it back (or i dont know how), and i dont know what is the problem, is it ‘incompatible’ with my WP version.

Hi there,
Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host your site on our WordPress.com managed hosting.
To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions.
Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at your current provider. As a result, we do not have access to your site and are not familiar with the source of your issue.
You definitely have the option to move your site to us so we can provide in-house help, using our migration plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcom-migration/ and the site would need to be on the business plan.
As it stands now, we cannot help since it is hosted elsewhere. The good news is that help is available here at the open-source WordPress forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting
The folks in that forum are more familiar with these kinds of issues and are in the best position to help. Thanks!

Thanks you for the reply. My website is only like a “portfolio site” and i don’t need nothing special. If i subscribe to “Personal” how to understand is this 6gb enough for it. And can you help me with the migration.
Regards

Hi there,
A Personal plan is a great option for a portfolio website, and the 6 GB of storage should be more than enough to store your media and showcase your work.
However, it’s important to note that the Personal plan (along with the Premium) doesn’t support plugins such as Elementor you’re using on your current website. If you need additional functionality from plugins, you might want to consider upgrading to a higher-tier plan like the Business plan.
As for migrating your site, we’ve created an automated tool to handle the whole process. You can find more information here:
The Move to WordPress.com plugin allows you to start migrating a self-hosted WordPress site to WordPress.com directly from the self-hosted site. Prerequisites The Move to WordPress.com plugin installed on your self-hosted WordPress site. Jetpack version 7.9 or higher activated on the self-hosted site. All incompatible plugins deactivated on the self-hosted site. ✅ ThI hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions or need assistance with the migration.
