rookie question – add to my website

  I want to add this word press thing to my website so i can update my blog and it appears on my site. How do i do that? Is there an html code i caan cut and paste?

  This is not possible using WordPress.COM
  Not sure but maybe it’s possible with WordPress.ORG, you’ll need to do it the other way though, integrate your website in your blog and not your blog in your website, I think.

  You could use an iframe to display a wordpress.COM blog in your website, but we do not have the details on how to do that.

  You could also install the wordpress software from wordpress.ORG onto your existing web host in a subdomain or subdirectory and then provide a link to it on your main website navigation. http://wordpress.ORG/
