  I’m attempting to have Norton place me on their “safe web” area, but I need to locate my root folder on my website?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We cannot access those files on our free hosted WordPress.com blogs as we are all on the same multiuser blogging platform. Only Staff can access them.
