Rosalie Featured Content Size

  Hi there,
  I am using Rosalie on chefexpat.com i like to activate my featured content option, but original size of it which comes with theme is too big.. I like to resize and relocate as well.. Can somebody explain me how to do it pls ?

  Hi, can you tell me how you are wanting to relocate the featured content, and also, how much smaller?

  Hi there,
  Thanks for the respond, i like to resize apx as 800×600 and relocate the last posts level right before the search box.
  I can also use plugin if that will work ( which i tired already but theme is not allowed me to place to place where i want )

  Hi, the current featured content image area is 1170px wide, as is the content area (sidebar and main content) below that, so if we were to make the featured content only 800px wide, I’m afraid it is going to look a bit funny. Here would be the CSS to do this, but it isn’t 800 x 600, since the proportions of the viewport are set the the slider software. What you get is about 770 x 338.

  .featured-content .container, .flexslider .slides > li, .flexslider .slides img {
  	max-width: 800px;
  }
  .flex-viewport {
  	max-height: 600px;
  	height: 100% !important;
  }
