Rotating photos on static homepage

  A friend has asked me to create a static site for her nonprofit, which was established in memory of her late son. She wants the homepage to feature a series of photos of her son that can play like a slideshow (or be scrolled through). Is there a theme that will accommodate this? All the ones I’ve seen with something similar use featured posts. Since this is a static site, there won’t be regular posts, only 2-3 basic pages that give info about the ministry.
