Row and inner column not correct when visualising page on website

  Row and inner column not correct when visualising page on website.
  I am using Highend theme with WP Bakery page builder.
  I have set up my pages using the from or back page builders and all looks correct. But when I open the page not logged into admin the only incorrect thing is all my Rows inner column eg. split into 2 rows only show as a single column I have searched for hours trying to find solution can you please help.!

  I’m afraid we won’t be able to help here as your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
