Rowling theme still doesn't work on mobile

    Is there any WordPress employee/professional who can look into this?

    It’s been on for weeks and can’t be explained. My staff and I can’t load it on our various smartphones and various software and various browsers.

    Hey bottomfeedernewsblog,

    If you’re talking about your website not loading on smartphones then I have checked it on An Android as well as an iPhone, it works great.

    I staff member can surely help you if you explain a little bit about the issue you’re facing.

    Ravi, I have the same problem with the same theme (Rowling). The complains also come from my readers (and the stats support it, with basically 100% of my traffic coming from ways other than phones). I thought it was just me, but now I see it’s widespread. It has obviously cost me thousands of readers. Mine is moragueno.wordpress.com. The main page opens, but once we go inside the articles, there is a blank page with the text “Reader view available”. Wondering if you see the same.

    For the staff, please come back with a fix, or at a minimum, come back with a list of themes that do not have this problem.

    Yes just as the user stated above, the ppl here keep telling they can see it, meanwhile my staff, my readers, and myself can not.

    They website loads, but the articles do not. This has thrown my entire month out of whack. I mean can someone actually at wordpress look into this from their side? It’s not my cache, my connection, my browser, my mobile device, my software….

    The issue on your site is related to the ads appearing on your site. We’re working on a fix, but in the meantime I’ve made an adjustment on our end that should allow the site to load for the time being.

    The site you indicated, bottomfeedernewsblog.wordpress.com, uses the Intergalactic theme, not Rowling as you indicated in this thread’s subject, and works fine for me in all browsers on both desktop and mobile.

    This issue has now been fixed, so you shouldn’t see any loading problems on your site any more.
