Rowling will not display Title and Tagline Below Logo

    Using the rowling theme, I cannot get the Title and Tagline to display underneath my logo on my site: http://www.investingwithrobots.com

    For reference, I would like it to look like the header here: investingwithrobots.com.wordpress.com On this site, there is an option in site identity to “Display Header Text.” On the first site listed, there is no such option on the site identity menu.

    Any Ideas?
