  I’ve added the RSS widget to my sidebar so that visitors can subscribe to my blog updates. Currently under the RSS banner on the sidebar the most recent posts are listed. I dont want the posts to be listed under the RSS banner. Instead, the sidebar should simply display the blog name which when clicked allows you to subscribe to feeds. Can you please suggest how this can be accomplished.

  Looks to me like you’ve added an RSS widget with your own blog’s feed. Try the Meta Widget instead.

  No, I dont want a meta widget. How did you, for instance, place the Subscribe through Reader or Subscribe through email options on your sidebar? Or how can I add the RSS symbol the way its been added on this forum page?

  Both use a Text Widget. In my case, I have both in a single text widget.
