RSS Address?

  Good day,
  Another site I belong to gives you the option to link your blog to your account on their site. (The site is ravelry , a crafting site.) On your profile page you are instructed to give the blog url , and to “enter the RSS address” in the field provided. After that it is supposed to work like other publicize features, showing new posts on your Ravelry profile page when they are uploaded to your blog. Sorry, I am very technically challenged, what on earth is the RSS feed Address? I’ve searched and searched and cannot find anything that qualifies. I did enter my blog url and that isn’t sufficient, it does want some other piece of information. I would be very greatful for any help finding and entering the information required, Please!
