  I am looking for an RSS aggregator that will pull in RSS feeds from different sites. I see there is a widget for wordpress.org, but I cannot find one for wordpress.com.

  See here https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/rss-widget/ and know that there are no other options for wordpress.COm hosted blogs.
