rss and outlook 2007

  Hi. How often does WordPress send RSS feeds to my Outlook 2007 RSS folder? (I set up the feed in Outlook last night.) I received a couple of comments on my blog about 3-4 hours ago, but nothing has shown up in my Outlook RSS folder. Thanks.

  The process is that you setup Outlook to get your blog RSS feed for your posts and one for your comments.

  Don’t think that is your address, but an example would be:

  supercynic.wordpress.com/feed/
  supercynic.wordpress.com/comments/feed/
