RSS and URL addresses?

  HELP! I am new to blogging and want to market my blog to generate more traffic. When I try to submit my blog to different networks, they always ask for the URL address and RSS address? For the life of me, I can’t figure out how to get this? I am not techno-savvy so I’m shocked I was even able to start a blog so I would need it spelled out.

  Any help is REALLY appreciated!!

  Your URL is just http://lifeaintpretty.wordpress.com/ the address that appears in the browser bar when someone is looking at your homepage.

  The RSS feed address is just http://lifeaintpretty.wordpress.com/feed
