RSS Button & PayPal Button Frroze on the Side Bar

OK. I have had some lite trouble adding the image to the RSS button. A very fast help came via this forum and the matter has been resolved successfully. Both the image and functionality were OK.
Besides the RSS, I am adding only one more widget to the sidebar: PayPal. I have followed the instruction and got the membership and the button all sorted out.
Now both buttons are there, but none has any functionality.

With the help of the nice guys here, I was able to get my RSS button to work again.
My PayPal button is there alright but it does not link to anywhere???
Can anyone help, please?

Yup. Absolutely.
That’s how I got the image and the snippet from the PayPal. Yet, no matter how much I play around with it, the image is there but the functionality is missing??? The link to PayPal remains inactive.

I have managed to solve this little problem.
http://support.wordpress.com/paypal/ —> This does NOT work.
The information provided was wrong. The LINKING part does not apply at all.The code is WRONG. First comes PayPal Individualized Code and only after that comes the snippet with the image definition.
