  Hi I have my RSS driven campaigns through Mailchimp and I can not get the rss feed to pull the photos to automatically imbed them It pull all text but not the photos despite the fact that I have a featured image as well as I “add media” to the body of each WP post that I write. I have contacted MailChimp multiple times and this is the response I get…

  Jody: yes I would like that but even tho my images are inbeded in my posts they are not automatically coming to the campaign
  Jody: what do I need to do to fix that
  Jason: Gotcha. To fix that, what you’ll want to do is ensure that your blog is adding the image to the summaries as well. Right now, the only content that you have here http://www.savorytosweet.com/feed/ is text.
  Jason: If you were to add images there as well, we’ll automatically pull those in. And that’s generally how users have that configured for automatically including both text and images to the campaign.
  Jody: yes please
  Jody: how do i do that
  Jason: What type of blog do you use?
  Jody: wordpress
  Jason: OK, cool. What you can do is check your wordpress settings so that the post’s summary also includes a photo. If not sure how, you can reach out to your designer perhaps, or even WordPress support.

  Can you please let me know what I need to do to have the photos in the posts properly in very basic terms …Thank You!
