RSS doesn’t publishe

    I used my blog’s (internal) rss feed to get the notifications in Outlook. All the old post were successfully appeared in Outlook. But the post I just added doesn;t come up there. Is there a frequency of which wordpress create RSS feeds?

    When I open the RSS url in IE, I can see the latest post.
