  The RSS Feed option (widget) on my blog is not working. When a viewer clicks on it, it takes them to the XML. Please provide a phone number where I can speak with someone.

  Hi there,

  The widget is working fine, and what happens when you click it is expected. Clicking the link will open the XML view of the feed in browsers that support it, or will attempt to download a XML file of the feed instead in browsers that don’t.

  The link in the widget is not intended to be clicked. It’s intended to be opened in a RSS feed reader.
